Proteomics

For proteomics experiments which extend in their remit beyond the routine capabilities of the proteomics service, the Mass Spectrometry Research Facility is happy to establish collaborative projects. These may include a full workflow which includes sample preparation, data analysis and interpretation (as outlined in the figure below) and/or may include label-free quantitation, phosphoproteomics, native-state protein mass spectrometry as well as a bespoke approach to project design, analysis and data interpretation, in line with guidance here. These collaborative projects should be arranged separately from the proteomics service and on a case by case basis via an initial discussion with Elisabete Pires or James McCullagh.
