Dr Luciana Carvalho
Research Assistant in Mass Spectrometry
Luciana is working on a collaborative project with the Oxford Botanic Garden using thermal desorption with GC-MS/MS to identify flower and bacteria volatiles.
She recently completed a DPhil in Archaeological Sciences where she investigated copper-organic complexes and organic residues trapped in metal corrosion. Luciana continues to collaborate with archaeologists and museums around the world.
