We have a departmental wide licence for Mnova software which allows manipulation of both MS and NMR data from a range of different instrument manufacturers. It is compatible with the majority of open access, trained user and service sample instrumentation in the department and you can download the software onto your desktop of laptop (note there are some computer compatability issues with some instrument manufacturers for MS data).
The software will work outside of the Chemistry once dowloaded and authenticated from the network but it requires network authentication on a periodic basis.
